Access to the Platform does not grant a User permission to use, copy, share, distribute, or disclose information beyond the purpose for which access was provided.
3. User Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their accounts. Users may not share account credentials or permit another person to access the Platform using their account.
Users must promptly notify Info@ConnectifyHR.com if they become aware of unauthorized access, suspected misuse, compromised credentials, or another security concern involving the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Platform.
