Community Commitment: A Year of Reflection

Serving others is the heart of who we are–and the driving force behind Connectify's Community Commitment.

Every year, we pledge to serve our local community through volunteer hours and financial donations, contributing $3 and 3 minutes for every client employee.

“For every dollar Connectify HR generates annually, we donate a percentage to Iowa non-profits and volunteer organizations,” shares Melissa Ness, Connectify HR Founder & CEO. “Giving back to others–especially those in our community who need an extra hand–is the driving force behind everything we do as a company.” Each quarter, a team member selects a purpose and organization that is near and dear to their heart and the Connectify team comes together to support that organization.

We are proud to prioritize supporting our community, and we’d like to take the opportunity to highlight the organizations we’ve worked with this year and encourage you to learn more about their life-changing missions.

As this year draws to a close, the Connectify HR team would like to thank our valued clients, community partners, and local organizations that we work alongside every day. Whether it’s volunteering, donating, or simply providing the best experience possible for our clients–we believe that serving others makes all the difference in our community.
